We are close to the river, and you can have lunch outside while admiring the CBD across the other side. You can park directly within the premises. How to get to AUSINET:

Train: Board the train to South Brisbane station, platform 1, South Brisbane exit to Grey St, then walk 28 minutes to 117 Victoria St (Gold Coast/Beenleigh/Cleveland line)
Bus: Take the local city bus to Montague Rd near Victoria St, stop 10, West End (Brisbane City) and walk 5 minutes (312m)
Ferry: Take the City Cat to the West End ferry terminal, West End and walk 21 minutes (1342m)
